Tracing the Origins of Indo-European Languages
On the one hand, this is SUPER FREAKING COOL.
On the other, someone needs to teach whoever made that language tree how to, uh, well, make a language tree.
THE WORLD'S FIRST ANALRAPIST: Some interesting facts about my city!
…obvious tourist hub
We are so lovingly called the asshole of Saskatchewan. How I do love my fair city!
I’m booking my flight as i type this
We can hang out at the
swampWascana Park lake and check out the sparsely filled art gallery. It will be a cultural experience you…EXACTLY
ive tried to learn spanish 3times. If i havent got it by now im never gonna get itRight? Sadly, my university requires a language for my core requirements, so I have to take something. Since I failed my Japanese course, I’m going to try and take French :/
I say just learn enough to pass the class. Thats what I did with spanish, cause apparently I have perfect pronunciation
That’s my goal. I could have passed Japanese but I gave up near the end, I was so frustrated. The prof was hardcore and expected too much of us for beginners. I have three years of high school French—hopefully that helps?
3 of my friends took french and I was like. WE LIVE IN OHIO, when is that ever going to help! (cause I went to high school in Ohio) I mean at least Spanish is practical. I actually want to talk Latin, never know when a Demon is creepin
LOL. I don’t know what I would ever use French for, ngl. I live in Saskatchewan. Not many French people, really. OH I would love to take a Latin course. My university doesn’t offer it D:
I majored in French and I live in Ohio. This is why I’m going to library school now.
